REVIVAL!!!!
I never thought i would ever blog again. But with the world is going crazy out there so its good to pen down some thoughts.... to preserve some sanity~ actually, its more for keeping track of my goals and achievements. I'll usually write it on my schedule book but IT RUNNING OUT OF SPACE!!! So for the sake of being tech savy again ~ I"M BACK in action!!! v^^v i haven't been blogging for the past one year and LOADS of things have changed! Cell group just multipied, I'm in Choir Ministry for 6 months already, having UNi exams pretty soon:: in fact in two weeks time and i'm trying not to panic, now part-timing at DTZ; a property agency, getting prettier (thats what pple say :P).... i was reading my previous postings and i deleted them all... haha except one... the day i lost my hp! i freaked my teacher out that day haha~Recently, God showed me this verse and i felt very encouraged ever since:Psalm 84 The Blessedness Of Dwelling In The House of God
1. HOW LOVELY are Your tabernacles, O Lord of hosts!
2. My soul yearns, yes, even pines and is homesick for the courts of the Lord; my heart and my flesh cry out and sing for joy to the living God.
3. Yes, the sparrow has found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young--even Your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God.
4. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are those who dwell in Your house and Your presence; they will be singing Your praises all the day long. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!
5. Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man whose strength is in You, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.
6. Passing through the Valley of Weeping (Baca), they make it a place of springs; the early rain also fills [the pools] with blessings.
7. They go from strength to strength [increasing in victorious power]; each of them appears before God in Zion.
8. O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!
9. Behold our shield [the king as Your agent], O God, and look upon the face of Your anointed!
10. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand [anywhere else]; I would rather be a doorkeeper and stand at the threshold in the house of my God than to dwell [at ease] in the tents of wickedness.
11. For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
12. O Lord of hosts, blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts in You [leaning and believing on You, committing all and confidently looking to You, and that without fear or misgiving]!
We should always be planted in the house of God. Regardless of the situation we are going through. God is the source of our strength, talent and ability. Learn to walk with God and trust in Him. Walking in confidence and confidence come by revelation. We will flourish in the courts of our God as we overcome the challenges. Every victories takes us up to the next level. As we have the heart that yearns and seek for God's presence earnestly, He will not withhold His blessings from us.
i've grown alot ever since i started serving in the Choir ministry (coupled with prayers and weekly bible study). Being in the choir itself is a miracle to me. With my own confidence i would never try out for the choir audition. it was really a HUGH step of faith for me... i've learnt to take chances. Pastor once said "Freedom means coming into your purpose of existence being lock into your destiny" and "serving will open the doors of destiny. " To serve, you need to have the anointing of God in your life. Those that are chosen are those who are always willing to be made available for the Lord despite being busy with schedule. The trials you're going through is proportional to the degree of anointing which is also proportional to how surrender you are to the Lord. Those with spiritual hunger for His presence; Prays~ and never take things for granted. your spiritual life will be blessed and your level of influence will be enlarged.
Words are easier said than done. Its so easy to trust in the Lord and yet so hard to be made available for the Lord. How to use someone who is not even there in the first place? Logically, He only use those who are THERE~ and it takes effort to be there... Where? YOUR DESTINY
